PAYG規約
１。一般。
これらの PAYG 規約は、標準アカウントでお客様に提供される従量課金制サービスに適用されます。 利用規約における「注文フォーム」は、本 PAYG 規約のこととなります。
２。価格。
*返金不可。契約終了後12ヶ月以内に有料サービスを再契約したお客様については、この料金は免除されるものとします。
３。期間など
3.1 発効日: お客様が「同意して [支払いへ] 続行」をクリックした日。
3.2 期間: 本契約は、本契約に従ってお客様または ViSenze によって終了されるまで継続します。
3.3 請求サイクル: 1 か月、使用量に応じて後払い。
４。支払い
4.1 ViSenze は、1 か月ごとの請求サイクルの終了時にお客様の使用状況を確認し、請求書を発行します。
4.2 ViSenze が請求書の支払期日から 7 日以内に支払いを受け取らなかった場合、ViSenze は独自の裁量で ViSenze サービス (全部または一部) を一時停止するか、または即時に契約を終了することができます。
4.3 ViSenze は、ViSenze がすでに支払いを要求または受領している場合でも、価格設定または請求書の誤りまたは間違いを修正する権利を留保します。
５。終了
5.1 お客様は、[クレジット カード情報を更新した支払いゲートウェイ プラットフォーム] 経由でいつでも契約を終了できます。
5.2 連続 120 日間にお客様のアカウントにアクティビティがない場合、ViSenze は利用規約に基づく権利を損なうことなく、お客様への書面通知により直ちに契約を終了することができます。
6。PAYG規約の修正
6.1 ViSenze は、技術的、運用的、または法的な変更に対応するために、PAYG 規約を修正する権利を留保します。 そのような場合、ViSenze は合理的な期間内に意図された修正についてお客様に通知します。 修正は、お客様に通知されてから 7 日後に発効するものとします。
6.2 修正が発効した後も ViSenze サービスへのアクセスまたは使用を継続することにより、お客様は修正された条件に拘束されることに同意するものとします。
6.3 お客様が変更に同意しない場合、顧客は第 5 条に規定されているように契約を取消する権利を行使することができます。
7。階層。
利用規約とPAYG規約の間に矛盾がある場合は、後者が優先するものとします。
PAYG Terms

1. General.
These PAYG Terms govern the pay-as-you-go services provided to a Customer. A reference to “Order Form” in the Terms of Service is a reference to these PAYG Terms.
2. Price.
*non-refundable. This fee shall be waived for a returning Customer that re-contracts with ViSenze for paid Services within 12 months of termination.
3. Duration, etc.
3.1. Effective Date: The date the Customer accepts the PAYG Terms in Discovery Suite.
3.2. Duration: The Agreement shall continue until terminated by the Customer or ViSenze in accordance with the Agreement.
3.3 Billing Cycle: One month, post-paid based on usage.
4. Payment.
4.1. ViSenze will determine the Customer’s usage at the end of each one-month billing cycle and issue an invoice.
4.2. If ViSenze does not receive payment within 7 days of the date of the invoice due date, ViSenze may at its sole discretion suspend the ViSenze Services (in whole or in part) or terminate the Agreement with immediate effect.
4.3. ViSenze reserves the right to correct any errors or mistakes in pricing or invoicing, even if ViSenze has already requested or received payment.
5. Termination.
5.1. The customer may terminate the Agreement at any time via the payment gateway platform where it updated its credit card information or by notifying ViSenze by email.
5.2. Without prejudice to its rights under the Terms of Service, ViSenze may terminate the Agreement immediately upon written notice to the Customer if there is no activity in the Customer’s account during any consecutive 120-day period.
6. Amendments to the PAYG Terms.
6.1. ViSenze reserves the right to amend the PAYG Terms in order to meet technical, operational or legal changes. In such an event, ViSenze will notify the Customer about the intended amendments within a reasonable time period. The amendment shall become effective 7 days after the Customer is notified.
6.2. By continuing to access or use the ViSenze Services after the amendments become effective, the Customer agrees to be bound by the revised terms.
6.3. If the Customer does not agree with the changes, the Customer may exercise its right to cancel the Agreement as set out in Clause 5.
7. Hierarchy.
If there is any conflict between the Terms of Service and the PAYG Terms, the latter shall prevail.
